Tasks include: assisting our culinary professionals in providing amazing service while working the dish area with a smile. This includes washing of heavy pots and pans, eliminating food waste, working in dishpit washing by hands and using commercial washers. Ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen by keeping up with volume of work. Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the dish area and maintaining impeccable order. Display helpful and supportive communication with leaders and fellow team members. Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the service experience. Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests.


Prep cook

Maintain a high level of responsability and attention to detail when cooking and plating product, without the need for constant direct supervision. Step into any support role and maintain harmonious relationships with other support team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the culinary experience. Follow established procedures, inventory systems and processes to assure compliance with our brand standards. Demonstrate your cleanliness standards by maintaining the line and stations in impeccable order. Accept feedback and coaching from culinary leaders. Provide amazing service for our guests while working the counter/check out are with a smile. Demonstrate excellent communication skills that allow you to deal with all guests in a positive manner. Follow established procedures, systems and processes to perform all cashier duties inclusding cash handling, guest check out, organizing and stocking items. Maintain precision and attention to detail while completing transations by the book.


Service Support (Food Runner)

Also known as Service Support. Showcase your cleanliness standards by bussing areas and maintaining impeccable order. Assist our wait staff and bartenders in providing amazing service for our guests. Work the floor with a smile and run food when necessary. Demonstrate excellent communication skills while facilitating table turnover. Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience.



Organized events and cultural activities: We provide Monthy Employee Events at the Resort and the community provides many others.

Summer Pass: Free for all FT employees, FREE Bike Pass in the Summer season.

Discounts: Yes, 30% off all BSR retail 25-50% off Food and Beverage – Discounts on external gear companies – Discounts on non gear companies through our Boyne Bennifits Hub – EAP

Family/Friends discount: Discounted Bike Tickets for friends and family, along with discounted Lodging for Friends or family.

Social security: No. The nearest SSN office is in Bozeman. Employer will pay participants prior to receiving their social security number.

Yes, but living in employee housing is not mandatory. Dorm Style housing with 2 or 3 participants per room. There is a kitchen being built in one facility, but not currently in the other. Furnished dormitory style housing. Co-ed buildings, the rooms are optional. Linens, pillows, towels, etc are NOT provided. Laundry onsite free of cost. Utilities included in the cost of rent (Gas, Electricity, Sewer, Water, Trash service, Cable, Internet).

Rent: $15 – $20 per day. Deposit: $150 ($50 non refundable application fee, $100 refundable deposit) before arrival paid by credit card. Deposit is refundable if not fines or outstanding rent occurs.


Public transportation is available in the area. Free in Big Sky, to come to and from Bozeman we provide a free bus pass otherwise its $5 each way. Runs approximately 6:00 am-1:00 am depending on the route. For more information on rates and routes, please visit the website:
