Prepare, saute, season, cook such food as meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, desserts. Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.

**If a participant does not make enough in tips to meet the minimum wage ($15.00), then they will get paid the difference needed to meet the minimum wage amount. Average hourly will very much depend on the ability of the server to turn tables quicker. Some servers are able to earn more than $15.00/hr, depending on their performance and volume of customers.
Greet guests, take drink and food orders, bring food from kitchen to tables. Clean off and set tables. Collect payments. Keep all stations stocked and clean.

Housing
Housing is provided by the employer! Housing is located about a 15-minute walk from the restaurant.
- Rent: US$110/per week.
- Deposit: $350 due upon arrival, in cash. Refundable when housing is left in condition of arrival with no damages, and applicant follows housing rules.
- Furnished Housing. Kitchen is available with appliances and utensils. Laundry facilities on site.
