Barista

Provides a reliable service and information to all guests. Prepare all drinks including expresso drinks, hot chocolate, coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, etc. Prepare all food items on the menu, including waffles, pastries, sandwiches, etc. Check out customer orders, handling cash and credit card purchases. Stocks a variety of products and supplies before, during, and after the shift. Cleans the food service facility on a daily basis. Washes dishes in the absence of a dishwasher. Team attitude to assist in other areas as business and staffing levels dictate. Provide excellent customer service.

Utility Worker or Janitor

Execute proper cleaning of restrooms, outside areas, and general guest areas throughout the day- sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning toilets/sinks/mirrors, taking out trash and recycling, and other janitorial duties. Keep all guest areas spotless and in good keeping. Use proper handling techniques for all products. Adhere to JHMR/Teton Co. Health Dept. Hand Washing Policy. Provide excellent service to guests and exceed guest expectations. Execute proper hygiene and sanitation techniques every day. Be able to follow exact instructions with a sense of urgency. Responsible for learning uses and safety instructions of all cleaning products. Follow the cleaning schedule throughout the day. Keep restrooms stocked and cleaned continually. Upkeep of outside trash receptacles and cleaning maintenance of hardscape. Cleans and stocks offices and restrooms as needed (daytime hours only). Performs recycling. Performs minor plumbing duties. Performs trash pickups. Report anything that needs immediate attention to the appropriate manager. Always on time and in proper uniform at the beginning of shift including proper footwear

Requirements: Stand for long periods, and perform tasks including bending, reaching, crawling, and kneeling, all at a variety of angles. Good customer service skills.

- Clean trash and recycling receptacles with water or steam.
- Ensure that kitchen and back of house areas are cleaned before and after service.
- This position can be located in our multiple restaurants/dining locations at JHMR.

Banquet Steward

- Responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of catering locations.
- Execute all details and instructions of Banquet Event Orders.
- Stock and maintain meeting rooms.
- Responsible for moving furniture and equipment to desired floor plan.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Clean and return equipment to proper location.
- This position will be located across several different restaurant/event locations at JHMR. The main location will be Rendezvous Lodge.
- Requirements: Ability to lift and move very heavy trays and carts. Standing for extended periods of time in fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.

Housing
The employer will assign housing from several options at different prices with different benefits/amenities:
Powderhorn apartments:
- Rent: US$1010 / month in a private room. $550 per paycheck until all rent is collected
- Deposit: $1010. Up to $200 can be taken out of the deposit for cleaning fees. Extra charges for unpaid rent, damages, excessive dirtiness, etc.
- 1 shared living room, 1 shared kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Basic furniture and kitchen appliances. Bed/bath linens and kitchen utensils NOT provided. Laundry available.
Rawhide Motel:
- Rent: US$758 / month in double occupancy. $550 per paycheck until all rent is collected.
- Deposit: $758. Up to $200 can be taken out of the deposit for cleaning fees. Extra charges for unpaid rent, damages, excessive dirtiness, etc.
- Shared motel room including 2 beds, full bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave. NO full kitchen. Bed/bath linens and kitchen utensils NOT provided. Laundry available.
Must sign housing lease upon arrival, and pay housing deposit upon arrival. The housing address that will appear on your job offer once Jackson Hole Mountain Resort hires you, may not be your confirmed housing address.
The employer will let you know your final housing assignment as we get closer to the beginning of the season. The employer assigns the final housing option. ONLY offered to new hires.
Housing is optional, however, it is hard to find other housing in the area!
