Mollie Aspen is a new boutique hotel located in downtown Aspen, Colorado. It draws inspiration from Aspen’s rich history and vibrant spirit, celebrating the city’s cultural and adventurous heritage. The hotel features a design that blends contemporary Scandinavian and Japanese influences, creating a luxurious yet understated atmosphere.

Located in the heart of Aspen, just feet from the mountain, there are countless art galleries, restaurants, museums, and upscale stores.

*Uniform Deposit: a uniform deposit of $150 is required. The employer will deduct this amount in three payments of $50 over three paychecks. The deposit will be refunded when the uniform is returned in good condition.

F&B Support

   Nivel de inglés: 4  |    Sueldo:  $13,5/hora + tips

Supports Servers to restock, clean tables and reset, re-fill waters, drop checks, make sure guest needs are being met and learning from servers. Assisting with the coordination and details of a seamless dining experience

*Hospitality experience is prefered. Having done the W&T before is a plus. Advanced English level is required!

Bell Attendant

Nivel de inglés: 4+ |    Sueldo:  $21/hora

This role requires a friendly and approachable personality, as well as excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked to assist guests with luggage, meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist front desk staff, and provide guest transportation to and from the Aspen Airport plus various locations for guests upon request.

*Hospitality experience is prefered. Having done the W&T before is a plus. Advanced English level is required!

Housing:

  • Living in employee housing is not mandatory. No co-ed housing.
  • Rental amount: $1,100 per month, per person. Utilities included.
  • Deposit amount: $500 per person, due upon arrival. $500 deposit is refundable. Room must be left in condition upon move-in, no nails/holes in wall, clean, all personal items removed. 
  • Dormitory style 2-4 participants per room.
  • Shared kitchen available.
  • Housing is located in Basalt, with an estimated 40–60 minute commute by public transportation.
