Support servers in attending to the needs of customers and ensuring that dining areas are sanitary and attractive. Stack and clear away dishes to the kitchen, to reduce the turnover time between parties and keep tables readily available for incoming customers. Wipe down menus, sweep underneath tables, refill salt and pepper shakers, fold napkins and polish silverware. Your role is to make it easier for servers to provide prompt service and make more sales by attending to as many tables as possible.

Dishwasher

Responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. Responsible for removing used kitchenware from dining and cooking areas and unloading the dishwashing machine. They wash specific items by hand or put them in a clean area that is ready to use again, such as with delicate china dishes; they also make sure there are always enough utensils around during peak hours.

HOUSING: Yes, offered and mandatory. Rent is $600 per month for private cabin bedroom or $400 per month for semi-private Yurt space. Both require the $700 housing deposit, $500 is eligible for refund upon departure pending inspection. House must be left in condition of arrival with no damages, etc. Furniture, appliances, linens all provided, shared kitchen is stocked with essential items.
Transport: Free transportation is offered by employer on schedule upon needed.
