Golf Lot Attendants

Golf Lot Attendants are responsible for greeting golfers and assisting them as they enter parking lot and approach the pro shop. They must strive to provide service to each and every guest that meets/exceeds the Shanty Creek standards of service. Lot attendants are also a critical support partner to Golf Pros and must have an ability to anticipate needs, acting with a sense of urgency and overall excellence in customer service.
Hourly Wage: $13.73 + tips (depending on customers discretion)
Requirements: knowledge of the game golf.

Front Desk Agent

Serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations and check-ins/outs, assisting with inquiries, answering phones, and performing light office tasks. Strong English and communication skills are required. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements: experience in customer service preferred.

HOUSING
- Rent: US$65 per week.
- Deposit: $200 deposit to be deducted from the first paychecks. Deposit is refundable if room is in good condition with no damages, and if participants honor their last day of work. No early departures!
- Seasonal housing plus deposit ($1,175 for 15 weeks) will be deducted from the first 4 paychecks biweekly ($293.75/payment). Participants who leave early (regardless of the reason) will forfeit the security deposit and housing payment for the season, no exceptions.
- Apartment style housing.
- 3 participants per room with their own bathroom, shower and full size fridge.
- Housing with basic furniture with everything anyone could need.
- Laundry facilities onsite.

Please keep in mind that this small resort is located in a RURAL, SECLUDED area. Employer provides shopping shuttles to nearby towns for free. There is also LIMITED public transportation available.
Cost is $3.00 Hours of operation: 6 am – 6 pm.
Most employees are housed very close to their worksite.
The nearest train station is Amtrak and the nearest bus station is Indian Trails in Traverse City (1 hr away).
