- The Cook III will provide and maintain high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving food while keeping the kitchen clean, safe and a sanitary environment in which to work.
- Responsible for the preparation of all restaurant foods, hot and cold, that meet specifications, guarantees, and pays attention to detail with plate presentation.
- Maintains solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards, and all policies/procedures, and is able to skillfully apply culinary techniques.
- Conduct inventory on a regular basis to ensure proper par levels and assist the Chef, Assistant Chef, Cooks, Pantry workers, and Kitchen Helpers as needed in the execution of service.

This Steward position will clean, transport, and store all china, glassware, silver, silverware, pots, and pans used in the food and beverage operations. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner who is responsible for supporting the company’s goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all dish machines; assisting with delivering all hot/cold food for Banquet functions.
- Setting up Banquet breakdown stations.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all china, glassware, silver, silverware, pots, and pans in the hotel; ensuring that cleanliness, sanitation, and recycling are of top priority.
- Ensuring restaurant and banquet kitchens are consistently stocked with the proper amounts of all equipment.
- Responsible for properly sanitizing and cleaning all kitchen floors, recycling bins, and oil bins; maintaining the cleanliness of the recycling/trash room at all times.
- Assisting with removing used linen and restocking linen.
