Housing:

Housing offered by the employer. Dorm style. «Monthly rent may change since we don’t own the Employee housing. We can update you as it gets closer.» Range varies between $700 / $1,200 One Bed room: $1011 per person. Two beds, shared room: $730 per person.  Three beds, shared room: $622 per person Each room will be in a shared apartment (unit) with a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

Discounts on Merchandise: Yes.Team members receive 30% of all retail merchandise in the spa and retail shop.

Family or Friend Discounts: Yes. Up to four friends and family at a time are eligible to receive the Team Member rate for spa services as long as the reservation is booked by the Team Member. Friends and Family are also eligible to use the travel program while the team member is employed.

Other Benefits: Team is encouraged to use our fitness center free of charge. We offer DailyPay; this provides team members with access to their pay when they want it without having to wait until payday. Team members receive a discount when dining in our restaurant, discount on all retail items from our retail store and spa, as well as incredible discounts on spa services to themselves and up to 4 of their friends can take advantage of. Employee must be present to receive these discounts.

Benefits at other properties: Yes. Participants are eligible to use the Hilton Team Member Travel Program where they can stay at any Hilton Hotel at drastically reduced rates. When staying at other Hilton hotels they also receive a 50% off restaurant credit. This discount is offered while the team member is employed.
