Housekeeper
Nivel de inglés: 3+ | Sueldo:$18/hour
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas. Duties include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, doing laundry, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Prep Cook
Nivel de inglés: 4 | Sueldo:$21/hour
- Utilizes specification sheets to prepare daily preparation requirements, maintains par levels of necessary items. Prepares new menu items under direction of supervisor. Ensures attractive, consistent presentations of food items, both buffet and plated.
- Interacts with line cooks to monitor quality, presentation and consistency of food items prepared. Handles all needs and accommodates customer requests in a timely manner.
- Sets up, re-stocks, maintains, and cleans food preparation areas. Responsible for ensuring presentation standards are meet for all hot and cold items.
- Reads and interprets recipes.
- Conducts product inventories, ordering and receiving of product under direction of supervisor. Responsible for team maintenance of grooming standards. Responsible for team adherence to standards for sanitation and safe food handling.
- Responsible for all opening and closing kitchen procedures.
- Requirements: Previous cooking experience preferred. Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s). Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner.

- Ensuring quick table turns, a clean restaurant and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Must exude a high level of hospitality.
- Responsible for tasks such as breaking down and resetting tables, cleaning, organizing, restocking and assisting guests. Directly support servers and managers with a variety of tasks to keep restaurant operations running efficiently.
- Requirements: Customer service experience preferred. Current State Food Handler’s License(s). Ability to transport 30 lb. and be in contact motion during shift

HOUSING
- Housing is onsite.
- Rental amount: $150/month per person, $75 will be deducted from paycheck bi-weekly. Utilities are included.
- No security deposit required.
- Housing type: Dormitory-style (co-ed housing).
- 1–2 participants per bedroom. One bathroom per bedroom.
- Shared kitchen: A communal galley is available for all employees who live on-site. The galley offers space to cook, a microwave and several electric burners and a fan for ventilation. The following appliances are included: Microwave, electric burners, ventilation fan, a variety of spoons, forks, butter knives and pans.
- Participants are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and changing their own sheets.
- Laundry: The washing machine and dryer are located within the galley, on site. They are available for use to all employees 7 days a week after 3pm, and the whole day every Tuesday and Wednesday.
