Housing: Yes – mandatory. Rent: $750 per month – paid on own. Deposit: $750 due upon arrival – paid ONLY by credit card. MUST have first month’s rent (prorated if needed) and deposit when they arrive (max. $1,500)
Housing style: House – Apartment, furnished, basic kitchen with microwave, fridge & dishware available, laundry facilities on site. Utilites included. House are co-ed; bedrooms are not.
Transport: free Public Transport available – Tahoe Truckee Regional Transit (TART) 6:00 am-7:00 pm Timetable and availability may verify depending on season. Closest Bus stop to housing: Truckee Depot is 4.5 miles.
