Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is one of the largest resort in southern New England, summer home to Mountain Adventure Park and the only mountain resort in North America to generate its own energy using alternative wind power. Jiminy features extensive conference and wedding facilities for groups up to 400 people. Since opening in 1948 Jiminy Peak has evolved to become a 4 season resort, offering something for everyone.

Descripción del trabajo: Mountain Adventures Park Attendants assist guests in the safe use of various Mountain Park outdoor attractions, including start and finish of ziplines, removal and loading of mountain slide carts, as well as communicating general information and safety rules to the guests.

HOUSING
Mandatory. $125/Week, $400 Deposit paid upon arrival and returned at departure after assessment if housing is returned in good conditions and if students stayed working until the end of their job offer. If participants leave early for ANY reason- including termination, deposit will be forfeited. Early departures will cause the loss of the deposit. Housing is located at a motel with 2 people per room – kitchenette space available.

TRANSPORT
There’s no public transportation in the area. Employer will provide rented vehicles for transportation to and from work, participants will be responsible for the cost of gas.

Airport pickup: No. Students must travel to Boston or NYC and take a Peter Pan or Greyhound Bus to Pittsfield, MA. Pick ups are only from Pittsfield, MA bus station.
